He later took on the role of Director at 3G Expovisions Private Limited, a company he co-promoted, specializing in store design applications and interior solutions for B2B trade fairs. Over 15–17 years, he led the company with expertise in 3D modeling, design execution, and fabrication, bringing creative concepts to life for diverse industries.
As the proprietor of Crest Associates, Somaiah extended his entrepreneurial spirit to trade fair store design and fabrication, assisting clients from initial design to project execution. His deep understanding of sales and extensive experience in B2B exhibitions have made him a trusted advisor in the industry. Now, as a member of the advisory board for KAIG and Director at Smart Bangalore Infrasture Housing Society, Somaiah leverages his leadership skills to drive innovation and growth. Prathibha is a dynamic professional with a robust technical background and nearly a decade of experience as an assistant professor across multiple engineering colleges. Her passion for education and dedication to shaping future-ready individuals led her to co-found QSkills, a skill development program aimed at equipping students with essential life skills. Her leadership at QSkills reflects her unwavering commitment to empowering young minds and enhancing educational outcomes.
Currently pursuing her PhD after completing her engineering Masters, Prathibha seamlessly bridges academia and professional excellence. She currently serves as the Sales Head for Utopiaa and is a board member and Head of Department at Smart Bangalore Infrasture “Smart Bangalore Infrastructure”. Her multifaceted roles highlight her exceptional organisational expertise and drive to innovate, making her a key leader in every endeavour she undertakes.

Armed with over a decade of experience in the Real Estate domain, Mr. Arjun had gained enough exposure in the sector which allowed him to loosen it up to co-found his passionate venture of creative interior designing which had immense potential to explore, as it lacked innovative design creation. This eventually culminated in co-founding Design Studio in 2009, which has made long strides in a short while creating niche ideas with sought after projects.
