Booking of the plot will be accepted on a 30% down payment of the total sale value. The remaining amount has to be paid in '3' (three) equal instalments every 8 months, as and when demanded, depending upon the development of the layout. The time required for the completion of the layout will be about 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of booking. Allotments of plots will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
